I'm an AI Engineer at ZS Associates, where I build agentic LLM platforms — from LangGraph-based Order-to-Cash automation to enterprise SOP lifecycle management — on AWS, using Anthropic Claude and Azure OpenAI as dual LLM providers. I previously worked with GreenBridge.ai on GraphRAG services combining FastAPI, Neptune, and Bedrock. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science from GMR Institute of Technology and completed a Minors in CSE at IIT Guwahati. ZS Associates- Built an agentic Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflow with LangGraph to identify, classify, and orchestrate Purchase Orders and Quotes for a large-scale enterprise CPQ ecosystem supporting multi-billion-dollar revenue operations.
- Deployed the O2C platform on AWS ECS with CloudWatch monitoring, DynamoDB for workflow state, and Oracle Database integration for transactional data.
- Designed an AI-powered SOP lifecycle platform (FastAPI backend) automating ingestion, blueprint generation, standardization, consolidation, and compliance auditing for regulated GMP/ISO/EHS operations.
- Engineered a LangGraph multi-agent blueprint generation engine converting unstructured SOP documents (PDF/DOCX) into structured, reusable section blueprints with automated evaluation/retry logic.
- Built Anthropic Claude and Azure OpenAI dual-LLM workflows to standardize SOP sections and consolidate overlapping SOPs with automated, conflict-flagged gap analysis.

- Built a production-grade GraphRAG service (FastAPI, async MVC) for RUL inverter recommendations, integrating LangChain and Bedrock (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) to generate Cypher queries against Neptune and turn graph output into natural-language insights.
